Homebirth Ed class 1/2

***This is a two part class. The total payment for both classes is $110 with each class ticket costing $55.

Our class breaks down the three (or more) phases of labor, how you'll know it's the real deal or time to call your birth team, and how your partner can be most supportive to you. We go through scenarios - walking through different stations around the office getting into real labor positions with a bed, doorway, and an (empty) birth tub, etc. Along with your folder of handouts from class we provide your partner with a cheat sheet to labor support, so rather than feeling helpless at the intensities of labor and birth, they have a tangible guide for stepping into their role as your support.
