What's Included:

- Prenatal Appointments starting monthly at 12 weeks until 28 weeks, then every two weeks until a 36 week home visit, then on a weekly basis until birth

 (appointments are at least 45 minutes to allow us to discuss health options, allow time to get to know each other,  & to discover any resources you might benefit from during pregnancy)

- Client handouts & Resources Available to you through our Lending Library at the office

​

- Option to birth in one of our "Birth Pool In a Box" Pools (we bring to you at 36 weeks to prepare for delivery)

​

​- Monitoring and Care through active labor until your baby is born in home​

​

- A thorough Newborn Examination and support from your birth team following delivery as well as clean up of the birth pool and birth space.

​

- A postpartum checkup in-home 24-48 hours after birth. We complete a Critical Congenital Heart Defect (CCHD) Screening & Newborn Metabolic Disorder Screening at this first visit.

-A Second Postpartum check in home at one week so you don't have to leave the house.

- A 6 week postpartum appointment back in office

- Text & Email Support As Discussed During Consultations

​

- Filing of Birth Certificate & SSN for your new baby

​
